Puterbaugh of Pleasant Hill, Illinois, born in Clarksville, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 89, on November 11, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Lenora Pellican Smith; her husband Wayne L. Puterbaugh; her siblings, Kay Rombach, Donna Biggs, Gary, Nick and Terry Smith; and her great grandchild Bryar Christianer.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Clowers (Jack) of Pleasant Hill, Teresa Hill (Ronnie) of Pleasant Hill, Dorothy Caughlan (Steve) of Pleasant Hill, Buzz Puterbaugh (Teresa) of Pleasant Hill, Gayle Puterbaugh (Kimberly) of Pleasant Hill and Rick Puterbaugh (Marteena) of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Gary Clowers, Ellie Borrowman, Lonnie Hill, Chris Hill, Lance McElfresh, Bob McElfresh, Josh Puterbaugh, Ryan Puterbaugh, Justin Puterbaugh, Erin Puterbaugh, Chad Puterbaugh and Kyndle Christianer; and her siblings, Dixie Foiles, Joyce Lawson (Jim), Rita Manetta (Bobby), Gene Smith (Virginia) and Larry Smith (Doris). She is also survived by twenty seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
