He was predeceased by: his son Bruce L. Puterbaugh; his brother Richard Puterbaugh; and also Nicole Springer. He is survived by: his parents, Russell L. and Lora Weir Puterbaugh; his spouse Juanita Wintjen; his children, Gerald Puterbaugh (Lori) of Seminole and Lynne Springer (Kim) of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Michelle Ball (Darren) of Pekin, Mike Puterbaugh (Erika) of Brooklyn, N. Y., Jeff Puterbaugh (Jessica) of Aurora, Kristen Freeman (Gary) of Pensacola, James Langdon (Liz) of Cape Elizabeth, Bridget Langdon (Doug Johnson) of Bloomington and Jaclyn Springer of Tempe; his great grandchildren, Alex Ball, Luke Ball of Pekin, Blaine Nation of Bloomington, Charlie Puterbaugh, Addie Puterbaugh of Aurora and Savannah Freeman of Pensacola; and his nephews, Gary Puterbaugh of Springfield, Louis Puterbaugh and Edwin Puterbaugh of Longmont.
