He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Logan and Emma Mae DeVerger Capps; his brother Harold Capps; and his former wife Judy A. Capps. He is survived by: his daughters, Mindy Gunterman (Gary) of Nebo, Susie Brosie (George) of Alton, Paula Puck (Steve) of Jacksonville and Faith Capps (Brock Maverick) of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Adam Gunterman (Lindsey), Matthew Gunterman, Kayla Brosie, Haley Brosie, Deavon Puck, Zack Puck (Leah) and Aaron Puck; his great grandchildren, Savannah and Maren Gunterman; his sister Christine Capps of Knoxville, TN; and his stepson Jeremiah Aston (Legena Gratton) of Pleasant Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
