He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. and Nellie O. Ferry Cammack, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife's children, William III, Michael and Melissa; his wife Sandra Cammack of Pittsfield, IL; his children, William Cammack III (Sarah) of Curryville, MO, Michael Cammack (Susan) of Pearl, IL and Melissa Cammack of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Emma, Abigail, Gabriel, Arlee, Amelia and Tessa; his brother Gerald Cammack of Pearl, IL; and his aunt Violet Ferry of Tinley Park, IL. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
