He is survived by: his brother Steve; his husband Mark Howard; his stepsons, Elijah and Zachary Howard of Glendale, AZ.; his parents, Dale Moore and Catherine Moore (Sheppard); his siblings, Gary Moore (Candy) of Quincy, Sharon Tedrow (Sam) of Quincy, Mike Moore (Elaine) of Columbia, MO, Don Moore (Leslie) of Pleasant Hill, MO and Linda Harmon (Mike) of El Paso; his nieces and nephews, Andrew Moore (Krista), Ben Moore (Marybeth), Ali Moore, Tyler Moore (Amanda), Nathan Moore (Rachael), Daniel Moore, Eric Moore, Blake Moore (Tiffany), Carson Moore (Morgan), Ted and Cassie Harmon; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Abbie, Amelia, Everhett and Benjamin Moore; and his uncle John Sheppard (Carlene).
