Miller of Pittsfield, Illinois, born in Winchester, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Miller and Catherine Cummings Miller; his sister Janet Rutledge; and his sons-in-law, Vernon Nipper and Jim Helm.
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Miller; his children, Larry Miller (Rachael) of Houston, TX, Russell V. Miller, Jr. of Springfield, IL, Carla Nipper of Pittsfield, IL, Kathy Helm of Pittsfield, IL, Susan Bradburn (Donny) of Pittsfield, IL and Becky Lee (Danny) of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Cissy Stiles (Joseph), Lawrence Miller (Lisa), Cole Bradburn (Casey), Jessica Donnenwirth (Matthew), Jeremiah Johnson (Kim), Levi Bradburn (Madison), Kahla Stevenson, Adam Lee (Narelle), Korie Whitford (Adam), Katie Johnson (Stephen), Jared Lee (Carrie) and Kimee Miller (Jack Danger); his daughter Andrea Hess; and his brother Richard Miller (Betty) of Pittsfield, IL. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren with one on the way; one great great grandchild.
