He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmer Daniels and Mary Katherine Splain Daniels; his wife Rosa Mae Pennock; his son David L. Daniels; his grandson Doug Kindle; his sons-in-law, Donald Willard and Richard Kindle; and his siblings, Theodore Daniels, Mildred Meskimen, Juanita Ruble and Genevieve Seyle.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Daniels (Judi) of Brownsburg, IN, Kent Daniels (Kim) of Virginia, IL, Sue Willard of Pittsfield, IL, Kathryn Kindle of Pittsfield, IL, Lisa Krumwiede (Tim) of Pittsfield, IL, Mary Beth Stearns (George) of New Salem, IL and Cynthia Jo Hoover (Phillip) of Pittsfield, IL; his foster daughter Judy Davis Bright of Virginia, IL; and his daughter-in-law Mary Godwin (Don) of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren; forty-six great grandchildren with three on the way; ten great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
