She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Smith and Beulah Mae Howland Smith; her husband Arthur H. Brackett; and her siblings, David Smith, Harold Smith, George Smith, Jr., Herschel Smith, Dorothy Smith, Gladys Chaney, Margaret Richards, Dora Mae Weinant, Betty Crump and Mildred Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Duke (Steve) of New Berlin, IL and Douglas Brackett (Anita) of Pittsfield, IL; her grandchildren, Rindi Hobson (Corey), Danielle Lemons (Jason), Erika Brackett, Trent Conkright, Caleb Brackett (Bri), Gavin Brackett (Sammy), Nicole Nash (Derrick), Morgan Duke, Benjamin Duke and Samuel Duke; her great grandchildren, Kaden Bennett (Montana), Addie Bennett, Tristin Hobson, Dawsen Lemons, Natalie Lemons, Quinn Franklin, Cooper Lemons, Tatem Conrad, Tommy Mudd, Kierney Nash, Kyslyn Nash, Aayliyah Nash and Griffin Nash; and her sister Helen Hull of Griggsville, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
