It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred A. Caughlan (Pittsfield, Illinois), who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Irick and Alice Phillip Irick; her husband Wesley Caughlan; and her siblings, Jesse Irick and Ruth Cookey.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Wesley Caughlan (Dorothy) of Pleasant Hill; her granddaughters, Amy Harris (Bobby) of Pittsfield and Molly Caughlan of Pittsfield; her great grandchildren, Bobby, Ryan, Emory Harris and Ella Caughlan; and her brother Lyndle Irick of Seattle, WA..
