She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tipton and Mary Dowell Tipton; her husband Harold Ruble; and her siblings, Charles Tipton, Pat Tipton and Charlene Jobe.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Ruble (Carol) of Hannibal, MO and Dan Ruble (Tamie) of Curryville, MO; her siblings, Wayne Tipton (Ruthann) of Monroe City, MO, Margeret Ratez of Columbia, MO and Jean Buckman of Columbia, MO; and her grandchildren, Mardy McDowell (Mike) of Liberty, IL, Sara Ruble of Liberty, IL and Carrie Kuhn of Sandy, UT. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
