She is survived by: her grandchildren, Debbie Kays (Shane), Doug Smith and Jerry Smith; her granddaughter-in-law Rusti Cummings; her great grandchildren, Michelle Kays, Brandon Kays, Joe Cummings and Ashley Cummings; and her great great grandchildren, Olivia Haverfield, Owyn Haverfield, Jayden Batty and Blake Batty.
