She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sewell and Marjorie Watson Sewell; her former husband Richard Ruble; her husband George O'Neill; her daughter Margie Manson; and her siblings, Toni Kilgore, Wilbur'Bud' and John.
She is survived by: her sons, Richie Ruble of Pittsfield, IL and John Ruble (Heather) of Pittsfield, IL; and her grandchildren, Becky Shannon (Doug), Corey Manson, Dylan Ruble (Chrissy), Jacob Ruble (Nicole), Nash Ruble, John Ruble and Joel Ruble. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to be made to West Cemetery or St. Mary's Altar Society.
