He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Gooud and Elizabeth Heightman Gooud. He is survived by: his wife Kay 'Katie Hammitt; his son Larry Gene Gooud of Springfield, IL; his sister Linda Irwin of Baylis, IL; his nephew Bill Irwin (Rhonda) of Pittsfield, IL; and his aunt Delores Gooud.
