She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Lois Ruth Foster Elliott; her husband Billy Wayne Kramer, Sr.; her son Billy Wayne Kramer, Jr.; and her close friend Ed Depper.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Hobbs (Terry) of Nebo, Darla Chenoweth (Gary) of Nebo and Bob Kramer (Amy) of Jupiter, FL; her grandchildren, Bobby Allen (Bailey), Tasha Heatherly (Josh), Josh Hobbs, Sarah Hobbs, Amber Rector (Merle), Christopher Chenoweth (Kayla), Emily Seppelt, Zac Kramer and Corgan Kramer; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Serenity, Savannah, Manny, Ami, Jayden, Andrew, Steven, Josh, Julie, Jesika, Logan, Emma, C. J., Jordyn, Emily and Jaxson.
