She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Frederick Schnell; her grandparents, Acie, Berniece Eldred and Edna Mulinex; and her uncle Joseph Eldred.
She is survived by: her husband James T. Smith of Pittsfield; her children, Jerica Smith of Pittsfield and Jarret Smith (Emily Kerner) of Mattoon; her mother Saranne Howland (Harley) of Calliham, TX; and her siblings, Michael Schnell of Center Point, Anthony Schnell (Julie) of Windsor, WI, Mary Tibbetts of Center Point, Bridget Shelton (Curtis) of Kingman, AZ and Peggy Fikir (Halit) of Montgomery, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
