She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack C. Bullington and Bessie M. Rhudisil Bullington; her husband William 'Bill West of Pittsfield, IL; and her brother Jack D Bullington. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Vicki McGee (Charles) of Mascoutah, IL, Dianne Newman (Shawn Kohut) of Dexter, KY, Thomas West and Gary West (Denise) of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Kerri Ankenman, Chris, Zack McGee, Amanda Newman, Stephanie West, Jennifer West, Angie Dixon, Toni Daniels and Adileigh West; and her great grandchildren, Aislyn, Tristyn, Eamon, Maeve, Conall Ankenman, Marlee Moody, Everly West, Ethan, Emma Dixon, Payton, Jaqueline and Ellie Mae Daniels.
She was a member of New Hartford Christian Church and wanted any memorials to go to the church.
