He is survived by: his wife Barbara Spradlin; his children, Sam Spradlin (Robin) of Springield, IL, Jason Spradlin (Becky) of Hawaii and Leita Spradlin of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Megan, James, Angela, Michael, Seraya, Dayne, Anninias, Kylannah, Valerie, Shane and Lee; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Alicia and Madison; his siblings, John Spradlin of Jacksonville, IL and Sue Walker (Fred) of Jacksonville, IL; his niece Kayla Mulquin; his pet Puppy; and also Jace Gordon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
