He is survived by: his sons, Backhoe, Dozing and Trapshooting Championship; his wife Sharon Smith; his children, Luke Smith (Angie) of Summer Hill, IL, Frank Smith (Dawn) of Pittsfield, IL and Callie Smith of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Adrienne White (Aaron), Lucas Smith, Blake Smith, Kara Helkey (Trevor), Frank Smith III, Richard Smith, Clayton Smith and Grace Smith; his great grandchildren, Aria White, Aspen White and Asher White; and his sisters, Helen Logan of Rockford, IL and Peggy Clark of Summer Hill, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
