He is survived by: his spouse Joellen Cook; his sons, Doug Wade of Dixon, IL, Dr. Ryan Wade (Kisha) of Chandler, AZ, Bradley Wade (Rachel) of Wentzville, MO, Adam Wade (Frenny) of Anchorage, AK, Craig Riley (Beth) of Sherman, IL and Scott Riley (Kayla) of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Zachary Wade, Andrew Wade, Alani Wade, Bentley Wade, Adelyn Wade, Vance Wade, Hunter Riley, Delaina Riley, Kamryn Riley, Seton Riley and Will Riley; and his brothers, Dr. Mark Wade (Lori) of Carlinville, IL and Dr. Michael Wade (Scot) of Gilbert, AZ..
