He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee England and Nellie Collins England; his sister Nancy Oberdahlhoff; and his nephew Craig Waid. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby England (Doris) of Pittsfield, IL and Shirley LaRock of Pittsfield, IL; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer Allen of Barry, IL and Stephanie Hamm of Pittsfield, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
