She was predeceased by: her father Calvin Norton; her stepfather Earl Peek; and her brother Dennis Norton. She is survived by: her mother Zona Bailey Norton; her husband John Powell; her sons, Terry Brannan (Becky) of Pearl, IL and Ronell Brannan (DeeDee) of South Roxana, IL; her grandchildren, Tasha Kirk (Richard) of Griggsville, IL, Trent Brannan (Melissa) of Pittsfield, IL and Travis Brannan (Courtney) of Bloomingdale, GA; her great grandchildren, Ryan Tunget, Lainey Kirk, Lukas Kirk, Westin Buss, Kolt Brannan, Waylon Kirk and Tessa Brannan; and her sisters, Pamela Baxter of Pittsfield, IL, Marcine Lara (Carlos) of Pittsfield, IL and Anita Lovell (Mike) of Colchester, IL..
