It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Johnson Stilwell of Pittsfield, Illinois, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos A. Stilwell and Jenny Ellen Johnson Stilwell; his former wife Gwendolyn Davis; his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Lola Stilwell; and his stepson Eugene Myers.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley J. DeWitt Myers; his daughter Margaret Durall (William) of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Christina Miskho (Richard) of Maple Valley, WA and Brian Durall of Olivette, MO; his great grandchild David Miskho; his nephew Gene Stilwell (Sandy) of Perry, GA; his niece Sandra Coble of Las Vegas, NM; his stepdaughter Linda Jones (Marion) of Pittsfield; and his stepgrandchildren, Anessa Chaplin, Aaron Adams and Amanda Robinson. He is also survived by seventeen step great grandchildren.
