He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cunningham and Betty Fowler Cunningham; his wife Alana Cunningham; and his son Seth Cunningham. He is survived by: his former wife Barb Cunningham; his sons, Sam Cunningham (Heather), Stewart Cunningham (Rhonda) and Shad Cunningham (Janet); his grandchildren, Addie Rodhouse (Aaron), Shayne Cunningham, Breanna Cunningham and Mason Cunningham; his great grandchild Vivian Jean Rodhouse; and his sister Cathy Foster (Jim) of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
