She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Shockley and Maymie Shockley; her husband Howard Coffey; her sons, Edward Huffman and Steven Coffey; her grandsons, Michael Coffey and Bradly Coffey; her sisters, Jewel Pickett, Mary Lucille Crumpton, Geneva Morgan and Jeanette Harrington; and her great grandchild Kayle Boward.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Coffey (Rita) of Petersburg, Kenneth Coffey of Oakford, Mitchell (Mary) of Tallula, Wanda Boward (Steve) of Greenview, Danny Coffey (Barb) of Petersburg, Dennis Coffey of Petersburg, Marilyn Ferrell (George) of Athens, Joyce Goeringer (Mark) of Petersburg, Allen Coffey of Petersburg, Gary Coffey of Oakford, Doyle Coffey of Kentucky and Billy Coffey of Kentucky; and her siblings, Ruth Pedigo and Marvin Shockley. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; fifty-three great grandchildren; and eighteen great-great grandchildren.
