He is survived by: his mother Patricia McLaughlin of Petersburg, IL; his foster siblings, James Watkins (Robin) of Chandlerville, IL, George Carpenter (Tina) of Petersburg, IL, Robert Carpenter of Murphysboro, TN and Judy Witherell of Mason City, IL.; and his great-nieces, Alivia, Lillianna, Nellie and Emelia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
