She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Walter Benjamin and Mildred Jones Benjamin; and her husband Raymond Wankel. She is survived by: her former husband Norman E. Fricke of Petersburg, Illinois.; her children, Marilyn Wankel (Tim) of Blandinsville and Mark Wankel (Anita) of Pleasant Plains, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Josh Taylor of Perkins, Megan Taylor-Krueger of Minnetonka, Minneapolis, Les Wankel of Petersburg, Tim Wankel of Tallula and Kyle Wankel of Petersburg; her great grandchildren, Emma, Colton Wankel, Maggie Wankel, Hayes, Auggie Wankel, Sam Taylor, Max and Will; and her stepchildren, Mike Fricke (Jeanne) of Petersburg, Jeff (Karen Fricke) of Petersburg and Kathy Ruppel (Ron) of Petersburg.
