He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Woodard and Vera Woodard (Hudson); his sister Mary Lou Woodard Reaser; his former wife Enola Jean Knight; his wife Yvonne Hall; his stepchildren, Laura Heubner (Kevin) of Petersburg, Kevin Woodard of Petersburg and Ann Ozella (Steve) of Petersburg; his grandchildren, Matt Heubner (Liz), Eric Heubner (Cody), Jeff Heubner (Natalie), Rachel Graumenz (Dustin), Amy Ozella (Jeff Schappaugh) and Dominic Ozella (Emily); and also, Brooke, Kyle Heubner, Mason, Regan Heubner, Nora Heubner, Declan and Aiden Graumenz.
