He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Chambers and Mildred Chambers (Boyer); and his brother Terry Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Joan Butts; his children, Cinda Cain (Lonnie) of Springfield, IL, Dan Chambers of Tallula, IL and Brad Chambers (Nita) of Petersburg, IL; his grandchildren, Tony Lozzi, Anna Lippert, Nathaniel Chambers, Jess Chambers and Joseph Chambers; and his brothers, Leon Allen Chambers and Darel Chambers. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
