He is survived by: his wife Roxy Boensel; his daughters, Jessica Shanle (Chad) of Petersburg and Chelsea McQuern (Dan) of Petersburg; his grandchildren, Kobe and Keagan; and his siblings, Marsha Turner, Joyce Hall, Ralph Collins and Carl "Bo" Collins (Linda Smith).
