She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Robinson and Beulah Robinson; her husband Ralph Carter; her daughter Debra Tate; her granddaughter Tiffany Tate; and her siblings, Raymond Louis Robinson and Wilda Willis.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Cummings (Darrel); her grandchildren, Chad Cummings (Jamie) and Jennifer Martin; her sister Marjorie Lou Ash; and her sister-in-law Betty Carter. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
