We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2020, at the age of 82, Dwain Brant of Petersburg, Illinois, born in Ingraham, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Murphy and Ina Corrine Brant (Lewis); and his brother Donald Brant. He is survived by: his wife Donna Brant of Petersburg; his children, Josh Brant (Jackie) of Petersburg, Shelley Murry (Richard) of Ringgold and Deanna Cox (John) of Concord; his grandchildren, Jonathan Cox (Nicole) of Lincoln, Jennifer Cox of Concord, Brant Murry (Amanda) of Calhoun, Jordan Murry (Sarah) of Rocky Face, Jacob Brant of Petersburg, Johnnie Brant of Petersburg, Joseline Brant of Petersburg, Jillian Bran of Petersburg and Joshua Brant, Jr. of Petersburg; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Cox of Lincoln, Cordelia Cox of Lincoln, Zoey Molina of Concord, Emma Molina of Concord, Sadie Murry of Calhoun, Ridgeland Hixon of Rocky Face, Georgia. and Reid Murry of Rocky Face, Georgia.; his brother Dennis Brant (Janet) of Fairfield; and his sister-in-law Lou Anna Brant of Clay City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
