She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Guinan and Evelyn Guinan (Combs); her husband Carl Boehm; her daughter Judy Burgio; her siblings, Harold Guinan, Helen Lee, Hazel Vogt and Elizabeth Stremsterfer; and her son-in-law William Ishmael.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ishmael of Petersburg; her grandchildren, Michelle Ishmael, Lisa Davis and Michael Ishmael (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Melissa Mitchell, Kayleigh Baugher (Brent), Madeline Ishmael-Otero (Joey) and Valeric Ishmael; and her great great grandchildren, William Mitchell, Jaiden Mitchell, Nolan Mitchell, Raynor Baugher and Rowan Baugher. She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew; and several great nieces and great nephews.
