He was predeceased by: his father William C. Prokup; and his brother William. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Prokup (Dean) of Peru; his wife Kim Cosgrove of Peru; his grandson Andy; his children, Kyle Prokup (Mónica Cruz) of San Jose, CA, Michael Prokup of Mahomet and Stephanie LaCross (Joe) of Venice, FL; his grandson Andrew Michael LaCross; his siblings, Barbara Perino of Arizona, Julie Miller (Fort) of LaSalle, James Prokup of Dalzell and Jill Tice (Scott) of Montgomery; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Prokup of Peru and Lisa Moore (Dan) of Oglesby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his buddy, Buster the dog.

Everyone attending is kindly asked to wear a mask.
