She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dose and Helen Dose (Forrest); and her sister Mary Lynn Dose. She is survived by: her brothers, Ronald Dose (Sherry) of Lostant and Jeffrey Dose (Linda) of Oglesby. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
