He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Wozniak and Alice Wozniak (Weber); and his sister Connie Witek. He is survived by: his wife Ann of Peru; and his brothers, Bill Wozniak of Las Cruces, NM and Walter Wozniak of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
