She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bland and Elsie Bland (Phillips); and her husband Richard W. Carter. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Boyd of Granville, Mark Bubb of Peru, Douglas Bubb (Cindy) of Kelso, WA, Anthony Bubb (Sandra) of Utica and Steven Bubb (Jennifer) of Peru. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
