Thomas S. Harms Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevious Henry and Mariam Louise Harms (Scott); and his brothers, Richard and David Harms. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Wheeler; his son Dale Harms (Jennifer) of Chillicothe; his brother Robert Harms (Linda) of South Carolina; and his nephew Marc Harms. He is also survived by many nieces and one nephew and great nieces and great nephews.
