She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Williams and Pauline Williams (Wheeler); and her spouse Shelby N. Freer. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Sloan of West Peoria and John Sloan of Peoria; her sister Jacqueline Petty of Peoria Heights; her nephew Cory Petty of Peoria Heights; and her niece Gina Feehan of East Peoria. She is also survived by one grandniece and 3 grandnephews.
Preferred memorials in Susan's memory may be made to the American Lung Association or Peoria Humane Society.
