With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Sutton (Peoria, Illinois), who passed away on October 6, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Sutton and Ethel R. Sutton (Jones); and his brother Don Sutton. He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis "Kay" Lamport; his children, Scott Sutton (Marlys) and Julie Krause (Dennis); his grandchildren, Melissa Herbst (Luke), Zachary Krause, Sean Sutton (Jiya) and Janae; and his brothers, Kenny Sutton (Linda) and Ralph Sutton (Lynda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
