She is survived by: her children, Shemika Mack of Peoria, IL, Chataqua Mack of Peoria, IL, Karlisha Mack of Peoria, IL, Lorenzo Mack (Latoya Moore) of Peoria, IL, Shenita Mack of Peoria, IL, Deondrae Mack of Peoria, IL, Oscar Mack of Peoria, IL, Latosha Mack of Peoria, IL, Taniesha Mack of Peoria, IL and Deothius Mack of Peoria, IL; and her siblings, Harry Mack of Columbus, GA, Rodney Mack (Versie) of Columbus, GA, Aaron Mack (Desiree) of Peoria, IL and Shirley Washington of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by thirty one grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
