She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blakely and Phyllis Blakely (Gillespie); her former husband Carter Ness; her husband James Hopper; her sister Margaret Sorenson; and her granddaughter Haley Harwood.
She is survived by: her children, Carter Ness, Jr. (Lynette) of Houston, TX, Colin Ness (Connie) of Seattle, Kyle Ness (Lynn) of Monticello, IL and Coral Ness (Lynn Ann Boon) of Edwards, IL; her grandchildren, Seth Harwood, Savannah Harwood, Carter Ness, Olivia Ness, Emelia Cheng (Luke) and Zoe Ness (Sie-Ce); and her nieces, Peggy, Joy and Diana.
