He was predeceased by: his parents, George Anthony, and Helen Anthony, Sr. (Jacobs); and his brother Lawrence. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Paul Anthony, Karen Sue Haimes and Loretta Marie Remley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ITOO Society.
