It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores A. Loveless (Peoria, Illinois), who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dolores A. Loveless to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Geneva Cruse and Edward Cruse; her son Robert Loveless, Jr.; and her siblings, Mabel Lee Cross and Richard Cruse.
She is survived by: her children, Cheri Switzer (Kurt) of Rochester, NY, Angela Davis (Gary) of Peoria, IL, Blake Loveless (Mavourneen) of Joliet, IL, Vincent Loveless of Peoria, IL and Usamah; and her granddaughter Brie Vanderhei (Chris) of Washington, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
After retiring, she volunteered at the Renaissance House until the Covid-19 pandemic and soon after her health began to fail.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Peoria Friendship House or Compassus Hospice.
