He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Celia and N. Jean Celia (Lawson); and his brother Randy Celia. He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Celia of Glasford, IL and Josh Celia (Khara) of Deer Creek, IL; his grandchildren, Peyton Celia, Brycen Celia, Kelson Celia and Saige Celia; his siblings, Larry Celia (Debbie), Russ Celia (Mary), Eric Celia (Belinda), John Celia (Jennifer Lingenfelter) and Lynn Celia; his sister-in-law Cheryl Celia; and his partner Shelli Do. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
