He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Donald and Alberta Ivey (Gomes); and his brother-in-law Jim Corso. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Diane Woith (Myers) of John's Lutheran Church; his sons, John Ivey of Friendswood and Shaun Ivey (Melissa); his stepsons, Matthew Woith of Frisco and Zach Woith (Patty) of San Mateo, California; his grandchildren, Trey Ivey, Blair Ivey, Hailey Ivey, Taylor Frames and Lucas Woith; his sister Donna Corso of Pekin; his niece Jill Oberle (Mike); and his sister-in-law Sandy Myers of Carrollton, Texas..
