She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Mefford and Maxine Mefford (Baysinger); and her nephew Steve Mefford Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Steve Mefford Sr. (Norma) of Pekin; her nieces and nephews, Lucas Mefford (Robin) of St. Ann, MO, Andrea Stokes (Adam) of Skokie and Amy Mefford of Pekin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Noah Mefford, Keelan, William Stokes, McKenna, Sophie and Stella Mefford; and her close friends, Linda and Bob Mace.

Memorials may be made in Sue's name to the Pekin Public Library.
