In the sacred silence of farewell, Ruth is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ruth's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Stephens and Ruth Stephens (Turnage); her husband Leonard Eugene Bullock; her daughter Cheryl Ann Fitzanko; and her brother-in-law James Clark.
She is survived by: her son Franklin Eugene Bullock (Terri) of Iowa; her siblings, Mildred Clark of Normal and Walter Stephens of Bloomington; and her son-in-law William "Bill" Fitzanko. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
