He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Westbrook (Redshaw). He is survived by: his wife Gayle Beckers of Pekin; his father Robert Hugh Westbrook, Sr.; his siblings, Randy Westbrook (Linda), Rodney Westbrook (Toni), Russell Westbrook and Renee Thompson (Steve); his children, Bree Rassi (Aaron) of Morton, Brenton Westbrook (Sarah Zobrist) of Morton and Brock Westbrook (Kelly Koerner) of Bloomington; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Benson, Brecklynne, Kiptyn, Keegan, Winston, Duke, Addison, Kambria, Chase, Luxleigh, Grant and Bridge.
