He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn F. Cordts and Blanche Cordts (Knollhoff); and his sister Joyce Hahn. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Cordts (Shelly) of Lantana, TX, Bradley Cordts (Kim) of Pekin and Brandon Cordts (Dawn) of Cottage Grove, MN; his grandchildren, Caleb Cordts (Rachel Brackensick), Cameron Cordts (Molly), Madison Norton (Jacob), Conner Cordts (Ellie), Braeden Cordts (McKay), Gabriel Cordts (Celeste), Baylor Cordts and Brycen Cordts; his brother Kenley Cordts of Tomahawk, WI; and his sister-in-law Jeanine Beasley Meyers of Pekin, IL.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or Illinois Cancer Care.
