He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hazlett and Leila Edith Hazlett (Nelson); his wife Mary Bennett; his daughter Nancy Damon; his granddaughter Jennifer Estes; his brother Harry "Gene" Hazlett; and his son-in-law Dannie "Lucky" Reagan.
He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Byrd; and his daughters, Sandy Reagan of Topeka and Joy Harper of Canton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
